you buy an open-ended package at the time
of reservation you must give two choices
of travel dates. Although our packages normally
do not have any blackout dates, all requests
are subject to availability. Meaning, the
earlier you request your dates the better
chance you have to ensure your first choice.
We ask for 2 choices, in the event that
your first choice is sold out. Remember
that we require a 30 day minimum advance
notice prior to booking travel dates, and
we ask for 90 days if your coming during
the summer or on a major holiday.

packages are designed for individual families
and some resorts restrict group travel.
Because these packages are designed for
introducing families to vacation ownership,
we ask that individual families travel separately.
However, you can refer a friend and we can
book them into a separate package.
I request a particular type of room?
you pay for a particular size of accommodations
and want to request a bigger room/condo
you must pay an upgrade fee. Room location
and type are allocated are at the discretion
of the resort or hotel. We can request certain
room sizes or types, but we can not guarantee
the accommodations. Remember again, the
earlier you request your travel dates, the
better chance we have to accommodate your
